# WP-Chatbot setup video?

   and so I downloaded it.
 * It’s obvious that they have never watched someone try to install it, follow their
   instructions and set it up. This is a common and very costly mistake by developers
   who assume that everyone has their tech skills… or they simply don’t want customers
   with low level tech skills. They must hate money.
 * I’d rather pay for a premium plugin that talked you through how to set it up.
 * Before I delete it, I’ll see if there is a Youtube video that takes you through
   the setup step by step.
