 * Using a directory structure like: /var/www/WordPress/domain, if there is a wp-
   config.php in /var/www/WordPress wp-cli will fail to create one in /var/www/WordPress/
   domain with an error of “wp-config.php already exists”.

 * That’s not a bug. WordPress can have the `wp-config.php` in the same directory
   or one directory above.
 * [https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Configure_Database_Settings](https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Configure_Database_Settings)
 * See the note, that’s been valid since WordPress 2.6.
