 * I noticed a delay when I hit return on using wp-cli for many issued commands,
   and there’s no such delay when using “wp shell.” I assume that’s because wp shell
   keeps the environment loaded, whereas “wp <command arguments>” does not. Is there
   a way to keep the wordpress environments loaded to eliminate such a delay when
   I use the wp command?

 * Hi [@melzaren](https://wordpress.org/support/users/melzaren/)
 * Does appending –skip-plugins –skip-themes resolve the speed issue? this stops
   WordPress loading in the theme and plugin code as part of the command.
