 * Trying to update wp-cli to latest version and getting this SSL error:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       [web@syn03be ~]$ wp cli updateYou have version 2.4.0. Would you like to update to 2.11.0? [y/n] yDownloading from https://github.com/wp-cli/wp-cli/releases/download/v2.11.0/wp-cli-2.11.0.phar...Error: Failed to get url 'https://github.com/wp-cli/wp-cli/releases/download/v2.11.0/wp-cli-2.11.0.phar': cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.
