 * no, as `wp cache` is for the WordPress core object cache. you can purge AO’s 
   with `wp autoptimize clear` though.

   Sub-question: “wp autoptimize clear” purges all sites or a single one? How to
   specify? Any documentation link for “wp autoptimize” parameters available?
