 * i dont know why after submit comment get ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. But only from some
   IP or some hosts. can you help me with this ?

 * Do you have any sort of security rules in .htaccess? A poorly thought out rule
   could be stripping data in certain situations. What about extra redirects? In
   some cases data can be dropped between redirects. The comment submission apparently
   worked for me, FWIW. I guess I don’t use one of those IPs or hosts.
 * There’s nothing wrong with WP, this is happening between form submission and 
   your server getting the POSTed data (maybe without data). The error is thrown
   by your server before WP is involved because there is no data in the POST request.
   What we can do here to help with non-WP issues is limited. I’m inclined to think
   the problem is at the other end. For example, a host’s proxy server is mis-configured
   and is stripping POST data. Especially if all problem IPs all belong to one entity.
 * But even then, it must be intermittent or their users would be constantly complaining
   that no form submits work. Intermittent problems are notoriously difficult to
   troubleshoot.

 * thanks for reply and try. I have full new wordpress reupload to my site.
 * After contact webhosting support i slove this problem, they have some security
   for spamming and its remmember some IP´s and blocking them to commenting. I disable
   this future and now try delete this IP´s from configure file. They help me.
