# wp-comments-post.php: Comments fail to post

 * Hi,
    just analyzing my traffic logs from the last few months, fixing broken links
   and such. The traffic logs show several pages where the http POST request generated
   upon submitting a comment ([http://skinnychef.com/wp-comments-post.php](http://skinnychef.com/wp-comments-post.php))
   fails to execute.
 * [1] Why would that POST request fail?
    [2] Is this something I need to fix? Obviously,
   it doesn’t happen all the time, and not on all pages.
