 * 1. Unzip the package in an empty directory.
    2. Open up wp-config-sample.php 
   with a text editor like WordPad or similar and fill in your database connection
   details. 3. Save the file as wp-config.php
 * I am stuck at step 2: WordPad can only save in .txt format, what program do you
   use to save in .php?

 * plus put the .php on the end of wp-config. Thats the only way I can save it in
   php
