 * Received “WARNING” that I must enable debug (WP_DEBUG) prior to uploading. I
   clicked on that link, which took me to a WP support page which spoke of the wp-
   config.php file. I searched for that file and couldn’t find it anywhere, nor
   do I know what to do with it.
 * The theme I am testing, Restimpo 1.3.8, passed all the preliminary results, except
   that it did give me this note:
 * INFO: css/pie/PIE.php The theme appears to use include or require. If these are
   being used to include separate sections of a template from independent files,
   then get_template_part() should be used instead. Line 18: include( ‘PIE.htc’ );
 * I am testing the theme as part of a troubleshooting procedure I am attempting
   to do, because a plugin I am using – Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin (AWPCP)–
   is not functioning properly.
 * Does WordPress know of any known issues between Restimpo and AWPCP and, do I
   need to change the wp-config.php file which I could not find?
 * Look at my website – [http://nagacityrevealed.com](http://nagacityrevealed.com)–
   and please let me know if any of you have any suggestions or know anything about
   a possible conflict between the Restimpo theme and AWPCP. Thank You!!

 * If you’re not actually creating this theme, and don’t know what wp-config.php
   is, then this plugin isn’t going to help you much.
 * Theme Check isn’t a troubleshooting plugin. It’s intended for theme developers
   to help them make themes for uploading to the WordPress.org repository. There’s
   no real use for the plugin for end-users. It won’t find any problems with the
   theme and some plugin for you.
