 * Hi. Can’t download any themes or plugins, basically everything is buggy. The 
   following error is on the top of the page in my dashboard.
 *  files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove/
   home/mogenidr/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
 * Will really appreciate advice.

 * what happens if you remove (or just rename) `wp-content/advanced-cache.php`? 
   Use FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager application to do that.

 * Hi. Removed it and now it says the following:
 * Warning: include(/home/mogenidr/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php): failed
   to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mogenidr/public_html/wp-settings.
   php on line 84
 * Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/home/mogenidr/public_html/wp-content/advanced-
   cache.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in/
   home/mogenidr/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 84

 * Check wp-config.php. Do you have WP_CACHE set to true there? If so, try changing
   that to false.
