 * Hello before tape-worm Quick Cache and now have I the last version of ” Quick
   Cache Pro ” and me eh fixing that to created this folder “wp-content/cache/quick-
   cache/htmlc” “Private” “Public” in order that it is and in order that it serves?
   Always they are empty!

 * Yes, the `quick-cache/htmlc/private` and `quick-cache/htmlc/public` directories
   are part of the new HTML Compressor feature added in the latest release (see **
   Dashboard → Quick Cache → Plugin Options → HTML Compressor**).
