# WP Custom Theme Backend Bug

 * I have a custom theme backend menu where the user enters text etc. Every time
   the user saves or updates a text field in the back end every instance of the 
   character ‘ has a slash added to it.
 * If it is updated then yet another slash gets added etc. so if you update 6 times
   you end up with \\\\\\’ instead of just ‘.
 * How do I stop this?
