# wp e-commerce 3.7

 * I have got the plug in working. I make a zero dollar purchase and get the sale
   details sent.
 * But the link to download the file either does not arrive at all, or – when it
   does – I get the message “This download is no longer valid…” Even though I click
   on it straight away.
 * Any help would be appreciated.

 * Hi, did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I’m experiencing exactly the
   same thing; zero priced item (for testing) but the link doesn’t arrive at all(
   unless I log in and ‘resend the receipt’) and when it does, it fails with this
   error. I have managed to get it to download the file once successfully but most
   times it just fails as you describe. My default browser is IE and it tries to‘
   protect’ me by not allowing the site to download the file, but I have used other
   browsers and not had any success.
 * Any advice also gratefully received.
