# WP e-Commerce CSS and HTML customization?

 * I am paying for WP e-Commerce Premium Support, and I have purchased the Gold 
   Cart add-on. Will someone please tell me WHERE my webmaster can find WP e-Commerce
   CSS and HTML customization? He is using a Child Theme. The website doesn’t look
   professional because the WP e-Commerce widgets and the Gold Cart do not work 
   properly. Please advise at your earliest convenience.

 * You can copy the default files from /wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-theme
   
   into your own theme folder. I think there’s a button to do this in the control
   panel. Then you can change them.

   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
