# WP Forms Lite

 * The “settings” button shows almost nothing, just “general”. I am simply trying
   to shut web page/site after submit is pushed/hit/etc.
 * This is my first form, and I am a wordpress newbie although Ive done a lot of
   SharePoint.

 * When you have sometime, can you please share a screenshot of the issue you’re
   facing so I can take a look look?
 * That said, there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or 
   another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed

 * None of the replies above are what I need/want. I don’t want to re-direct the
   user, I want to shut down the “window.” Can I “hook” the “compleation” event 
   and “close.window” with forms-lite?

   able to close the window after submitting the form, however, I apologize as customizations
   like this are outside of our scope for support. In case you’d like to look into
   custom development options, we highly recommend using[ Codeable](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-find-wpforms-custom-development-options-with-codeable/).
