# WP-Insert Fatal Error

 * I just installed the “wp-insert” plugin from the repository and once I activated
   the plugin I got the following message:
    _ Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geoip\
   _country\_code\_by\_name() in /home/elitehoc/public\_html/wp-content/plugins/
   wp-insert/includes/common/geoip/geoip.inc on line 438
 * Now when I go to my webpage or even wp-admin I get the same error. I was able
   to get into my cpanel and went into the plugins folder and deleted the plugin
   but I’m still getting the same message.
 * How do I clear this up?
