• I have a very strange problem. My client has been unable to log into their WordPress site for a week and a half now, however, I can get in just fine. I’ve tried different computers, different browsers…never any problems. My client on the other hand can’t get in at all even though she’s using the same login. She’s also tried different browsers and computers – nothing seems to make a difference.

    The website is http://www.versisglobal.com

  • Has she tried clearing the cache and cookies on those computers, restarted the router/modem and flushed the DNS?

Are you able to login with her login info?

Has she tried resetting her password?

Have you tried making a new account for her – can she login with that one?

Hi, thanks for the response. We have tried clearing the cache and cookies – not sure about the modem reset though. I’ll have her try that.

I am able to log in with her login, and we’ve tried resetting the password as well – although she isn’t able to reset it herself.

She’s tried login in on several different computers as well as on different browsers, all with no luck.

I’ve also had her try to log in through my admin account with no luck. I’ll try creating a new one though and see if that changes anything.

Hello, I have the same problem, I can’t acces to my wp-admin of my website. I have just tried to rename the plugins, reset the password and user to access, ans more things that I have seen in your forums. Could someone help me?

    Thanks.

Well, I never figured out exactly what the problem was, but deleting the user and re-creating it seems to do the trick!
