wp-login problem

Hello,
I had an issue with my wp-login, when I wanted to login to my side (www.k-roh.at/wp-login.php) I got an error message “file not found on server”
I didn´t change anything before, this problem just appeared and I didn´t manage to solve it (tried to delete cookies and cache, rename plugin-folder..) but nothing worked and there was also no support in the forum.
So i deleted the whole site and made a new wordpress installation, now I´m able to login to my dashboard again (with a new username+password) but the whole content is gone. of course.
Now my question: How do I get my website back? there is nothing left, I the config.php i added the database where everything should be, but nothing appears on my dashboard (no media, no sites, no blogentries, no portfolios…). I replaced the wp-content folder with the one from my latest backup, but this only gave me back the plugins and the theme I installed.
sorry if this is a dumb question, but I´m a bit desperated. Please help me!
