# wp-login problems moding.

 * Im trying to get rid of the register option on the wp-login.php page and found
   this code:
    - 
    - <?php if (get_settings(‘users_can_register’)) : ?>
    - 
    - <?php endif; ?>
    - 
    - Now I tried to remove this line:
    - 
    - Now i did this and when i went to blog.filmn.co.uk/wp-login.php the following
      error came up:
    - Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENDIF in /home/filmncou/public_html/
      blog/wp-login.php on line 245
    - Aint this a mysql error? If so is their somthing in the mysql which I have
      to delete or please tell me anything else I have done wrong.

 * no thats not a mysql error, thats an error caused by your editing.
 * In the backend, under Options/General is a checkbox with the label “Anyone can
   register”, unchecking that checkbox will, for all intents and purposes, remove
   that option from wp-register.php
