 * When trying to activate a network on a WordPress installtion I get the error
   message
 * > Warning: Please deactivate your plugins before enabling the Network feature.
 * . I went in and disabled all 33 plugins, still received the same message. I then
changed the plugins directory to /plugins.bak/ thinking that would be a temp
workaround, and still now it shows 0 plugins but I receive that same error. Any
   suggestions? Thank you.
