 * Hi all,
    I am working on a site offline (localhost xampp). It is just impossible
   to get the developer tab showing. This is keeping me busy for 2 days (and nights)
   now and I am losing a lot of valuable time with this wp-property bug. Someone
   knows a working solution? The update trick doesn’t work as I am offline. Thanks.
