# WP Rocket (caching)

 * I noticed in some cases the responses from the agent do not show up at the client
   side. It is not consistent, but I think it might have to do something with caching.
   
   We use WP Rocket. I can specify some elements which are not cached: pages, cookies,
   user agents. If you think this issue could be cache related, can you tell me 
   what I should do to avoid caching of the plugin?

 * Would it be possible to exclude the files in the wp-live-chat-support folder 
   from being cached?
 * Please let me know if this helps at all?
