Do not include into the new created role the ‘manage_options’ capability. If role has no this capability, user with such role has no access to the “Settings” menu.

I would like to be able to have the users on your plugin to be able to access the Settings tab, because that is how they access and work in some of the installed plugins. I don’t want them to have access to the main Settings page, so they are able to update the “main” email address for the wordpress site. Please advise if this is possible. Thanks for your time.
