I was sure that I saw this posted in another thread and I thought I even added my experience to the same, but I came back to see if there was any response, I just can’t find the thread or my post. So-

Since WP-Stats updated to use widgets my Top 10 Pages are never displayed. I get the spinning spokes that do on for ages and then nothing. When I hit the refresh icon in the top right of the Top 10 Pages window the spinning spokes come back and finally I get:-

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 94 bytes) in /home/maxprivate81/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-post.php on line 240”

While the Top 10 Pages stats were alway slow to load (processor/memory intensive process I guess), this error and the total failure to display anything in the Top 10 list only started when WP stats moved over to widgets.

I have already purged the data down to 270 days (3/4) of a year, so WP stats has 1/4 less data to work through. No effect.

The top 10 pages is very memory intensive, a future update will limit the timeframe for the widget by default but I haven’t had a chance to implement that yet.

    Hi Greg,

This is a great plugin indeed. One issue that I am encountering at the moment. I have installed it on an Intranet site. On the Statistics > Pages (Top Pages) page, it changes the graph based on custom date range selected but it always shows the same number of page visits. Please advise if this is the expected behaviour.
