hello,

i just installed Disqus Comment System and it appears my current users cant post comments through Disqus even they logged in.

how can i solve this?

You’ll have to use Single Sign-on (you’ll need to contact us to get it enabled): http://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/1148635
