WP Super Cache clearing cache despite settings. Why?

For personal reasons the logic and necessity of which are not part of the question, my cache, which I’ve set an experation to 99999999999, keeps finding ways to clear itself!

Why is it the cache clears itself despite this seemingly good setting (99999999999) which is another way of saying “I don’t want you to delete cache files”
