We are sorry to hear this but we know for a fact that our plugin works with all native WordPress themes and plugins on all browsers. We have had no issues from any of our other customers currently using our product.
We provide a free version to try first to ensure it is compatible with your website prior to purchase as stated in our policies (please review our refund policy). We do not provide refunds on purchases as our premium plugin is a non-tangible, irrevocable digital good that is non-refundable by nature, we do not issue refunds after the product purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing at our site. This is in place to protect us from previous thefts and scams.
You will also see from our support policy that we have gone above and beyond our own support policy trying to resolve this issue for you and your free theme, as well we also provided you an upgrade to PRO in case you do get your theme provider to fix their non standard coding issues. We can understand your frustration but this is not an issue with our plugin so we will be closing this ticket.

We had our programmers look into our plugin function vs your WP Startup theme. We reproduced the issue you are experiencing and were able to determine through our testing that our plugin code is correct and the issues are with this theme’s coding that is blocking our plugin function. When you use other themes such as WordPress’ twenty twelve with our plugin it works as designed.
We follow WordPress’ standards and protocol for plugin coding so that it gives the best chances to work correctly with other themes and or plugins that adhere to those same standards. This is a best practice that should be followed but this is not always the case. Unfortunately anyone can make WordPress themes and or plugins without following WordPress’ code standards, especially those that are free to download (even on ww.wp.xz.cn), which cause issues like this.
As per our policies we do not support any other themes or plugins (other then our own and that of WordPress’ own brand themes and plugins) as it is impossible for us or any other company to do.
In this case we were first unsure that your zip file was sent correctly but it was. We then wanted to ensure that our code is set to standards still and works in all browsers. The WP Startup theme code is the issue here and we cannot do anything about that. We can only suggest that you contact them and open a ticket with them to fix their theme to WordPress standard practice. If they do not stand behind their theme then we would suggest that you find a theme that does and that they use the same standards as WordPress suggests.
I have upgraded your plugin to PRO from Advanced and it is attached. Just deactivate and delete the previous zip and install this using your License Key.
We do hope you can find a fix for your theme as we want you to be able to use our plugin as it is a great one.

I think I found the problem, the plugin does not appear to be cross browser compatible, it appears to work in internet explorer but does odd things in chrome and firefox (which are the two most popular browsers) if you can fix this I’m still interested and so will alot of other people but as it stands it’s not much use.

Thanks for your response.
We hope that we can resolve this issue for you asap.
I have downloaded the exact same plugin file that was provided to you and it is missing the library folder so…
We want to do the following in order first before going further:
1. Please deactivate and then delete our installed plugin in the admin section
2. Then download and install the attached version and activate it using your same license key.
3. Once complete can you please attach a screen shot of the files installed to ensure all is correct.
4. Ensure that you are able to create a in-text ad either with an audio, video, image file –> add the code to the post and publish.
5. Temporarily Install another theme such as the WordPress 2012 theme.
6. Test to ensure that our plugin is working as designed.
If the above is done correctly then we know our plugin works correctly, now you can test back against the WP Startup theme you have.
1. De-activate the WP 2012 theme and then re-activate the WP Startup theme.
2. In the post that you have set the in-text ad see if the same issue occurs.

All are there, more information for you, just activating the plugin without actually using it causes the post to show on the front page but disappears on the post page. If it is used the post shows on the post page but disappears on the front page. I have tried it with all other plugins deactivated.

Before you respond to my last comment, your download file may be missing a directory file after the install of our zip file.
Can you please advise that you have all the following directory’s installed for our plugin on your hosting server.
It will be under something like this:
/public_html/…
/wp-content/plugins/wptext2ad/images
/wp-content/plugins/wptext2ad/include
/wp-content/plugins/wptext2ad/js
/wp-content/plugins/wptext2ad/library/
/wp-content/plugins/wptext2ad/modules
/wp-content/plugins/wptext2ad/style
If you are missing any of these directories the plugin will not work.
We can then send you a revised copy and ensure that you have our plugin installed correctly first.

I’ve installed the wp text 2 ad and inserted the license key, and it appears that none of my posting are visible, when I deactivate your plugin they return. I’m using wp startup for a theme but have had the same problem with other themes as well. do you know what the issue is?

as you can see I have given you the benefit of the doubt and thought that you were a reputable company but you are not.
