 * About a year ago I’ve installed WP on a free hosting, everything fine for months
   no problems.
 * It worked just fine until few month/weeks ago, I’ve upgraded to 4.2.3 today so
   I think it started with the upgrade before, the first time it happened I had
   no time and WP seems to work fine, so I just ignored the error.
 * At the end of the upgrade procedure WP tell me (is in Italian so I’m translating
   here..):
    upgrading database… – Cannot select the Database – can connect (user/
   password are correct) but can’t select the db – the user <username> have correct
   permissions to access database <dbname>
 * The hosting provider have phpMyAdmin installed, it works and I can access and
   see the database <dbname> (name is correct with the above) and the tables.
 * If I go back and forward (not sure because now is upgraded and can’t test) a
   dialog to upgrade the database appear and once submitted it complete succesfully.
 * Now in the dashboard show version 4.2.3 is installed, but the upgrade page tell
   me there’s an upgrade available (4.2.3 itself, and if I install it again and
   again it do the same again and again)
 * What’s wrong??
