Hello.
I downloaded wp property and installed to my site. Added search widget, but in widget:
“Property type” changed to 2row:
“Property
type”

I dont know how to make it in 1row.

your widget-bar is too small i think.

Try a template with a bigger widget-bar or change the CSS
I hope it’ll help you

Ask the source-code 🙂

To Edit the CSS
-> Design -> Editor
On The Right side at the bottom you have the stylsheets.
