 * Hi,
 * I don’t see how to set de debug mode to true and the debug_display to false.
 * If I set debug true error messages are shown and If I set debug mode to false
   error messages are not saved in debug-log file.
 * What can I do?
 * Thanks
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fwp_debug_display-false%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Sorry, where is the screenshot?.
 * My issue is that although WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY is set to false the error messages
   are stil visible

 * The screenshot is on the dot org description of the plugin.
 * Depending upon the error and what produces it, it might be displayed simply because
   WP_DEBUG is true.

 * so Disabling WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY does not completely prevent specific error messages
   from appearing, as other factors may still trigger their display.
 * Is that the answer?
 * Thank you very much

 * Unfortunately the answer is, it depends. There are some errors in Core that only
   require WP_DEBUG to display.
