 * Why does WordPress go against the grain by using single quotes for html attributes
   in script/style tags (using wp_enqueue_* functions) ? See WP_Styles PHP class.
 * I agree HTML5 allows single and double quotes, but I think mixing them is bad(
   and ugly.)
