# WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL not working?

 * My WP 351 is inside a proxy server. Everytime i do some navigation in WP, i’m
   asked to enter proxy username and password. Defining WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL to
   true in wp_config seems not to help. Is this key not working?
