# wp_insert_post stripping comments (sometimes)

 * I’m working on a migration script that is pulling content from one CMS and inserting
   it into WPMU using wp_insert_post. I’m noticing that a few hundred pages are 
   having their HTML comments entitized (>) which is exposing their contents. On
   further review it appears to only happen when the comment contains HTML.
 * Can anyone suggest any solutions to this?
