# wp_list_comments

 * Ok… I have combed through the codex enough to create cumstom widgets and have
   a fully operational site options panel set up for my new theme. BUT wp_list_comments
   will not work and the comments_template() is not customizable enough. I have 
   also read most of Digging Into WordPress by Chirs Coyler and have tried his techniques
   to no avail.
 * I’ve tried using the callback parameters and went through several other tutorials
   but NONE work. I am developing on my home machine so I cannot provide a link…
   but could be being on my home machine matter? I am using windows7 running WP 
   3.2.1 with the WAMP server set up. I am not using it inside the loop either. 
   Here is some sample code

 * I really do not want to use the old style as setting up a custom loop with wp_list_categories
   should work for me... If i can just get it to function!
