# wp_posts table not getting updated

 * For some reason Search & Replace is not updating the following table and field:
 * table: wp_posts
    field: guid
 * This has happened on the last three sites that I’ve moved from staging to live.
 * I’ve had to do a Search and Replace Query inside of phpMyAdmin.
 * Any thoughts?
