# wp_remote_post() failed.

 * WooCommerce worked like a dream for six months, then it broke.
 * I first discovered a new order that was cancelled in WC, but the payment went
   through in PayPal. I turned off inventory tracking, so now new orders just sit
   at “pending” indefinitely. No email is being sent to me, because WC isn’t receiving
   the payment info back from PayPal.
 * The full error under System Settings/Server Environment is: wp_remote_post() 
   failed. PayPal IPN won’t work with your server. Contact your hosting provider.
   Status code: 403
 * I’ve talked to my host (HostGator) they say they can’t find a 403 error, so everything
   must be fine.
 * I’ve talked to PayPal, they say my host doesn’t accept IPN, but will accept PDT.
   I’ve added the PayPal Identity Token to WC, but the problem persists.
 * Any help would be graciously accepted.
