# wpbdp admin payments error

 * I’m having a problem with my directory with new subscribers. When they complete
   the application and payment via PayPal, I’m getting the payment but not the application.
   I have tested it myself and the application did not appear. No error message 
   appeared.
 * From the Directory Admin, when I click on Payment History, I get this message:
 * **This site can’t be reached**
    The webpage at [https://www.youdefinewellness.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbdp_admin_payments](https://www.youdefinewellness.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbdp_admin_payments)
   might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
   ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    – What version of WP are you running here? – What
   exact version of BD? (number, please) – Have you tried a conflict test yet? Theme
   and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used
   to help determine the cause of the issue. Here is an article about how to test
