# wpengine wordpress

 * having issue installing wp says it installed but when i goto plugin s/ and review
   if the polugin installed it still has ” activate | delete” the plugin is not 
   activating at all

 * If you are having issues installing the plugin I would suggest contacting WP 
   Engine support and see if they can help.
 * Alternatively try removing the plugin and reinstalling it:
 * – Go to the “Plugins > Add New” page in your WordPress admin, then search for
   the “Tax Exemption” plugin, and click install.
 * or
 * – Download the plugin from here: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/tax-exemption-woo/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/tax-exemption-woo/)–
   Then go to the “Plugins > Add New” page in your WordPress admin, and upload the
   plugin there.
