WPeTeR is a script for theme designers. When a new theme developed by you, for some reason hangs your test installation, and it’s impossible manage themes via wp-login, WPeTeR can reset your test installation to default theme Twenty Eleven.

I would have thought that a theme designer would simply use the FTP method of switching to the default theme. Perhaps this plugin would be better targeted at non-technical users?
