If you’re unable to use our Form Themes feature in the block editor, you can create your own CSS as an alternative. We currently have two helpful articles on this topic:

1) Styling WPForms With Custom CSS (Beginner’s Guide)

2) Customizing the Style of Individual Form Fields

In the second guide, there’s a section for the Checkboxes field that includes some CSS snippets to help you customize that field in your form.

Additionally, here’s a tutorial on how to add custom CSS to your site, which might be useful.
