Years ago I created a free website that helps people resolve alcohol dependence and it now just runs in the background with me just updating WP and Plugins periodically as needed. Just lately a customer advised me a request Form was broken. When I updated all the Plugins I got a critical error and am in WP Recovery Mode, but don’t know fix the WPForms Lite problem. I have read your advice bit still not sure what to do. I will attach the error reports for you (see below). * Thank you for your reply. I had to use WP recovery mode link in the email it sent me to get back into my website dashboard. I then had to disable the WPForms plugin for the site to operate at all.The forms are supposed to be on the pages with the Tabs (ALCOHEMY BOOK GRAPHICS) and on (Free Alcohemy Workbook). Instead there is a error text of ([wpforms id=”1638″ title=”false” description=”false”]) and on the other page ([wpforms id=”1634″ title=”false” description=”false”]). You should be able to see those.I don’t know how to fix these errors as I can’t get into WPForms plugin settings??Can you offer any tips/advice please? As soon as I reactivate the WPForms Lite plugin I immediately get a site critical error and have to use the emailed Recovery Mode link to get back in an deactivate the plugin for the site to work again.
