I have had many people telling me the form does not work. I have run through your 5 troubleshooting steps and still have the same issue. I only have 7 plugins, including this one, and have switched them all off to no avail. I have even tried to change the theme. I have created and deleted the form multiple times, but I can’t get it working. I won’t pay for pro until I see it working. And, when you submit the form, it defaults to the browser validation. Please check [this screencast](https://a.supportally.com/gHIdcz) for reference. * Do you happen to have a caching mechanism/plugin on your site that minified the scripts? We’ve seen some cases before where issues like this happen because of caching plugins. No plugging on my site is affecting it. I only run 7 plugins including this one. I have gone through everything and it’s still causing me the issue.
