WPForms not submitting on mobile

    On mobile (mostly tested on iPhones), our forms don’t submit when the “submit” button is selected. Instead, it reloads the page and takes you back to the top of the page. If you scroll down to the form, the inputs are still in their fields. Only after hitting submit a second time does it work. We imagine that we’ve had quite a few people submit forms across our website, thinking their inquiry has been received when it actually has not been. Please advise.

    Hey @redeemerlsq – Thanks for contacting us!

    I looked into the website, and it seems that the browser validation is taking over the form field validation which happens when the site is using caching plugins, and that’s why you’re facing issues submitting the form.
