    I have tried multiple configurations and plugins. My website designer has not been able to resolve the issue, so I am stuck with it. I hope it is something simple. But, I cannot get the Contact form to work and send the email and confirmation. I am happy to share any additional details to anyone who can help resolve it.

    If those settings look right, the issue is likely tied to the configuration of FluentSMTP or the specific SMTP mailer being used. In that case, I’d recommend opening a support topic with the FluentSMTP team over at their ww.wp.xz.cn support page.
