 * I bought the pro version and try to validate the license key but I do not know
   how to do it. Maybe this feature is not available on local server ?

 * The pro license uses a different version of the plugin since it contains additional
   functionality what WPForms Lite does not include. Are you maybe trying to use
   the Lite version?
 * If so, what you’ll want to do is download the paid version of the plugin from
   you WPForms.com account. Here’s how thats done [https://wpforms.com/docs/install-wpforms-plugin/](https://wpforms.com/docs/install-wpforms-plugin/)
 * Assuming your local web server is setup to make outbound calls you shouldn’t 
   have any issues validating your license if desired.
