If I keep the field Website / URL when I complete it and i click submit, I get the message “Please enter a URL” even if this was already inserted. If I remove the field URL (which is not what I intend to do) and click “Submit” the form is not sending and I get no error message. Please help me fix this situation. I need to choose between 1 and 5 options, not all of them. All of them are required to submit the form. Why is that? Which is the best field for multiple choices between 1 and 5? But still no actions when i click submit. Please help me fixt it asap. I opened up your page and then clicked one of the Get Started buttons to see a form. * And in the overlay that opened, I believe I see the issue: our JavaScript isn’t loading. In case you’re curious, you can see this by skipping all required fields and clicking the Submit button ([here’s a screenshot](https://a.supportally.com/yDS4H6)). * That validation message doesn’t come from our plugin — it’s the fallback message used by HTML when no JavaScript is loaded for a form. [This tutorial](https://wpforms.com/docs/customize-wpforms-validation-messages/) shows what our validation messages should look like (in red, and right under the field). * As to why our JavaScript isn’t loading, that most likely has to do with the tool used to create this overlay. Some overlay/popup tools will cause assets like this to load differently (or not at all) — resulting in issues that you don’t see when the form is embedded on a regular page. * If you reach out to the team behind this overlay/popup tool, they might be able to provide a fix. * Or you could consider using a different tool to create your overlay. We’ve seen lots of customers have success with a free plugin named Popup Maker, so much so that we even wrote [a blog post to walk through the setup](https://wpforms.com/how-to-create-a-contact-form-popup-in-wordpress/). * I hope this helps you to get things working!
