 * I am using Free WPFORO Forum Plugin. Now I want to change the forum select dropdown
   to text box in Add Topic Section.
 * Customization needed in php code possible Target File: \wpforo\wpf-includes\class-
   template.php PHP Code Lines# From 843 to 862
 * Any one can Know about changes Please Help me, I really need this.
