 * thanks for this nice responsive nav solution. I use the WPML plugin for a multilingual
   client project and the translation link isn’t showing in the navigation. Is there
   a way to integrate wpml-cms-nav?

 * Hi Thorsten,
 * I’m not totally familiar with this scenario, but it sounds like the “translation
   link” is not a menu item, but something extra injected by the plugin? Unfortunately,
   the RSM will only display menu items you’ve added via Appearance > Menus.
 * There are a few filters you could try to add in your own extra markup here, but
   nothing that’s going to just add that feature out of the box, sorry.
