 * I’m interested in using your plugin but I would like to know how it will cope
   with a WPML installation (i.e. multilanguage WordPress setups). Right now I am
   making translations for images on my site as I upload them and would like to 
   at least be able to do so.

 * Hello,
 * WP/LR Sync synchronizes your LR with your Media Library, only the original language
   of your in the case of WPML. So you can still translate independently the translations
   using WPML Media. The core flow of WPML doesn’t touch the images otherwise so
   it’s perfectly fine 🙂
