    You’re using the WPML plugin. And you need the WPML plugin? 😀

    In any case, WPML is a commercial (ie paid) plugin. WordPress support volunteers are not given access to any commercial products, so we’re unable to install the WPLM plugin and assist you in any way.

    If that doesn’t help, please contact the folks you purchased the plugin from for help. They built and sold the plugin, and should be in the best position to assist you.
